Question 1

Do I have to change my phone number?

Accepted Answer

No porting required. Rimlyn issues a dedicated shop line. Forward overflow, busy, and after-hours calls from the number on your trucks and Google listing.

Question 2

How does the AI voice agent work?

Accepted Answer

You train Rimlyn on your business: website, services, hours, FAQs. When a call comes in that you miss, the AI answers, analyzes what was discussed, books when it can, writes the job to your CRM, and creates reminders from that conversation.

Question 3

What makes Rimlyn different from a cheap answering app?

Accepted Answer

Most tools stop at a transcript. Rimlyn is built as the shop's front office: it analyzes the call, books the job, and writes it into the FSM dispatch already runs, so the board moves without another hire.

Question 4

What happens after Rimlyn hangs up?

Accepted Answer

Rimlyn analyzes the conversation: who called, what they need, and when. It books when your calendar allows, writes the job into connected CRMs, and creates reminders from that discussion so you are not copying a voicemail into Jobber by hand.

Question 5

Do I have to change my CRM?

Accepted Answer

No. Connect Jobber, Housecall Pro, Follow Up Boss, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, or Google Calendar. Rimlyn writes the booking into tools you already run. You do not migrate.

Question 6

Who is Rimlyn for?

Accepted Answer

Home service companies with techs in the field and a CRM on the wall: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, and similar trades. If inbound calls fill the board and the office cannot pick up every ring, Rimlyn is the front office on those calls.
