Account Deletion

You can delete your Rimlyn account and associated data at any time from inside the app.

1. Open the Rimlyn app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, email hello@tellora.ai with the subject "Account deletion request". Include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify and process the request.

Account deletion removes or de-identifies personal data associated with your account, including your profile, phone numbers, contacts, call history, messages, recordings, transcripts, summaries, reminders, and app data created by your use of the service.

We delete or de-identify personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we need to retain limited records to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or support billing and subscription records.

You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting your account by emailing hello@tellora.ai.
