SMS messaging consent
Effective date: August 22, 2026
Who sends these messages
SMS is sent by Tellora, Inc. doing business as Rimlyn, from a dedicated local business number assigned to a Rimlyn customer (a shop or contractor). Messages are two-way customer-care replies after someone texts that number. This is not a marketing blast list. Rimlyn does not let shops start a new text thread to a number that has not texted in first.
How people opt in
1. Inbound text (the way people opt in). A consumer texts a Rimlyn business number the shop published (website, Google Business, invoice, or voicemail). That inbound message is consent to two-way replies from the same number. The conversation appears in the shop's Rimlyn app. The shop can reply there; Rimlyn will not send a first text to someone who has not written in.
2. Keyword. Texting START to a Rimlyn business number also enrolls the sender. Auto-reply: “Rimlyn (Tellora, Inc.): You are opted in to recurring messages from this number. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
No messages are sent unless one of these opt-in methods is completed.
Message frequency, rates, HELP, and STOP
Message frequency varies with the conversation and appointments.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. We send one confirmation and then no further messages from that number unless they text START.
Reply HELP for help. We reply with support contact hello@tellora.ai and STOP instructions.
Privacy and terms
We do not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS content and phone numbers are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of Rimlyn is also governed by our Terms of Service.
