Reply STOP to opt out. After STOP we send one confirmation and no further messages unless you text START. Reply HELP for help or email hello@tellora.ai. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Full opt-in methods: rimlyn.com/sms-consent.
Shop owners who use Rimlyn can only reply after a customer texts the shop's Rimlyn number, must honor STOP, and must follow TCPA, CTIA, and carrier rules.
Call recording and consent
The Service may record and transcribe calls to provide summaries, search, and follow-up features. Call recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some U.S. states and other jurisdictions require that all parties to a call consent before it may be recorded.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your calls, including obtaining any consent required before recording. The app provides tools to help you capture and document consent, but you remain responsible for lawful use. Tellora, Inc. does not provide legal advice and disclaims liability for your failure to obtain required consent.
Your voice, and the voice of other people on your calls, may be used to train voice AI models that power the Service. Call audio may be processed by us and our providers for that purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for telling callers that the call may be recorded and used in this way, where the law requires it.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
AI-generated content
Summaries, transcriptions, and other AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You should review important information before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
